Beaver Creek Ranch- Big Horn, WY: A premier Sheridan Wyoming Ranch for sale that just feels right

Just southwest of Sheridan, Wyoming and west of Big Horn, you'll experience The Beaver Creek Ranch. The road in, like the culture of the area, is unassuming, very pleasing and invites you in to one of the best places you'll ever be.

Once here at Beaver Creek Ranch, just west of Big Horn, Wyoming, you'll feel welcome in the intimate close-in privacy of the home nestled into the mature cottonwoods and thick riparian brush, yet enamored by the views and splendor of the Big Horn Mountains and her incredibly bountiful foothills beyond the beautifully positioned fish ponds. Magnificently well appointed and well-built, the western lodge-style home will make you feel welcome and comfortable. The rest of the world will not matter, not to mention that you can't see or hear it either! For those lucky enough to call this area home and for those who visit the area dude ranches every summer, they know that this is truly a special place. This area beneath the Big Horns is not well-known, but perhaps one of the most special places on Earth. The people are friendly here, the landscapes are aesthetically pleasing and the lifestyle is awesome.

Since before Europeans encountered this incredible landscape after the end of the Civil War, plains Indians considered the Goose Valley below the Big Horn Mountains to be their favorite area to live, as it has always been richly abundant with game. This holds true today, if not even more so on this ranch that has been so well managed to build and enhance the wildlife habitat. The resulting environment lends itself to a masterpiece sporting property. Whether you enjoy hunting and fishing, or just viewing of all indigenous species, this ranch has it. The current owner is an avid falconer and has truly designed the ranch for enjoyment while living and working here.

Not surprisingly, you would expect a ranch so abundant with wildlife to be rich in soil fertility and water. The Beaver Creek Ranch has plenty of early irrigation water rights and three live creeks and many ponds. The owner has built six ponds, two of which are for water fowl and are drained in winter, and the others are for wildlife, livestock and fishing. The fertile soils produce hay for the owners' cattle and horses and some small grains for game birds. The irrigation systems are well designed to spread water via gravity to sprinklers.

The Beaver Creek Ranch is also an equestrian enthusiast's dream. With miles of unspoiled views and "friendly" terrain, you'll always enjoy the beauty from a horse, whether working livestock, pleasure riding or perhaps even playing polo. Since polo is such a huge lifestyle in the Big Horn area (Big Horn Polo Club and Flying H Polo Club continue the long polo history dating back to the 1890s), it's entirely possible that a future owner might want a polo field, as this ranch has plenty of fields that could easily be converted to make a beautiful new field in a beautiful surrounding.
So enjoy the best ranch for sale in Sheridan, Wyoming. Seldom do ranches enter the market in this area, but it is extremely rare for a premium ranch of this scope and scale to be offered. You won't find a ranch with more intrinsic bounty, security, natural beauty and comfort than the Beaver Creek Ranch in Big Horn, WY.

Would you like to own a place like this? It's in Wyoming and it's near Sheridan, Wyoming in the foothills of the beautiful Big Horn Mountains. The time is right to get your Wyoming land or a Wyoming ranch now. Why? There are a number of intrinsic reasons having to do with lifestyle, quality of life, beautiful outdoor scenery and recreation notwithstanding, but from an investment perspective, why not?

With inflation almost sure to increase, why not hedge against declining value of money in an inflationary environment? And why not land bank in Wyoming?

Increasing state debt around the country has many states reaching out to its residents for more money. Not in Wyoming. We have no state personal or corporate income tax. We also have no state capital gains tax. In fact, in almost any report, Wyoming continually surfaces as one of the most tax-friendly places to live and do business.

For more information about how you can enjoy your life with Wyoming land, contact us.
